You may be feeling extremely guilty and you will want to stop eating altogether, but following a very strict approach is only going to backfire. You cannot undo the damage fast, so be cool and read on. Below mentioned are five things that you should resist if you wish to get back on your weight loss track.

Do not weigh yourself
You probably are already aware that your weight will vary on a daily basis. Water weight alone can contribute to a lot. If you have eaten a lot of salty foods last night, water retention in your body, could cause you to gain weight. Do not stress yourself unnecessarily, forget about the weighing scale, and instead focus on your weight loss plan instead.

Do not skip breakfast
You may feel stuffed when you wake up in the morning, or you may be just mentally telling yourself that you are stuffed because you want to make up for the food that you have eaten. If you skip breakfast, you can be sure that you will end up eating a lot more during lunch and dinner time, and you can be sure that you won’t feel great about it. It is a well-known fact that people who eat a healthy breakfast tend to weight less as compared to those who don’t and binge on lunch instead.

If you are uncomfortable after big meal in the morning, have some fruits and cottage cheese instead.

Excessive Workout
You may have eaten a lot last night, but punishing yourself in the gym the next morning is really not going to help. A high power work out will only increase the chances of you getting injured. Don’t lie around the house though; a brisk walk can help you get rid of that bloated feeling you have been having.

Sleep less
People who sleep for four hours as compared to those who sleep for eight tend to crave for junk food like chips, cheeseburgers, cake and pizza a lot more. This is primarily because your brain needs an instant boost from the last of rest that it has. Make sure you sleep well after you have binged your way to glory, to avoid doing it once again.

Do not say ‘I’ll never eat again’
Experts say that the best weight loss plans are those that allow for you to indulge in moderation. You may swear off fatty foods and carbs for a few days, may be a few weeks, but when you do start eating again, you are indeed going to go all out. Stick to your regular schedule and when you do feel like binging, feast on some delicious greens or some fresh fruits.
