Cucumbers
A cucumber is 95% water and is the richest vegetable in terms of water content. You can put it in your salads, make soup and even make some dip. It is also a great source of fibre and Vitamin C.
Strawberries
Strawberries are 91% water and a rich source of Vitamin C, fibre, antioxidants and folate as well.
Green Peppers
Green peppers contain up to 93.9% of water, That is a little more than their green and yellow variants. They are extremely rich in antioxidants and can be eaten as a snack with yummy dips, sliced up and added to salads and also be stuffed and enjoyed as a meal.

Watermelons
