To start with try the 4-7-8 breathing exercise. Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, next place your tongue behind your front teeth. Next exhale completely to the count of four. Then close your mouth and inhale through your nose up to four counts. Next hold your breath for up to seven counts. Then finally exhale to eight counts. Repeat the cycle at least three more times.

Forgive and Forget
It is known that people who forgive easily, often experience less resentment, anger and depression and also lesser pains and aches. Our emotions have a direct impact on our pain signals.
