Cocoa
Cocoa is a raw material that goes in to the making of chocolate and very recently it has been touted as one of the most nutritious foods available. In its purest form, cocoa is known to have a number of great properties, such as cancer fighting, disease resisting, age defying antioxidants and lots more.

You may have heard that chocolate can cause acne, however, it’s not cocoa that is responsible for the acne, but milk in milk chocolate and the other ingredients that are present that contribute to acne.

Avocado
Avocado oil is long known for its fabulous anti-aging properties. It helps you get youthful and beautiful glowing skin and it also helps protect your skin against carcinogens and other deadly elements that can do your skin harm.

It is extremely rich in omega-3 fatty acids that have anti-inflammatory properties and serves as a great moisturizer for your skin, ensuring that the elasticity of your skin is maintained.

Green Tea

Honey

Oatmeal
Oatmeal is known to exfoliate the skin and remove all the dead cells that contribute to aging and other skin problems. It helps make your skin smooth and baby soft. To make a beneficial facemask you will need:

1) 3 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
2) 2 teaspoons of raw honey preferably, processed honey will also do
3) 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
4) Green tea – let it infuse in some warm water, cool it and then mix all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste

Apply it to your face as a facemask and leave it on for about 30 minutes, rinse it off with warm water and prepare to take on the world with renewed glee.
