Choline, Inositol and PABA
These are synthesized in the body so they are not considered essential vitamins. However, they are involved in many body processes.
Choline and Inositol both alleviate and prevent the accumulation of abnormal quantities of fat in the liver.
Choline is critical for optimum nerve function. Has significantly improved children who were seriously developmental delayed.
PABA is necessary for body’s formation of folic acid and for the metabolism of protein.

Food Source
Choline is found in legumes, organ and muscle meats, milk, and whole grain cereals, and is particularly high in egg yolk. Inositol is distributed in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, meats, and milk. PABA is found in brewer’s yeast, liver, kidney, whole grains, and molasses.

Supplement form
Choline is recommended in lecithin form. Inositol comes in tablet form. PABA is taken as para-aminobenzoic acid.

Toxicity
High doses of choline results in dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, depression and a fishy odor of the breath and skin.
High does of PABA results in malaise, fever, liver disease, and lowered white blood cell counts.
