Red Apples
All apples are known to be rich in antioxidants, but red apples, in particular, are a great source of antioxidants. The source of antioxidants – polyphenols in apples are present in the skin more than the flesh, so make sure that you take bites of the apple with the skin on for maximum effect.
Other foods that are a great source of antioxidants include Red Wine, Dark Chocolate, Garlic, Yogurt, Tomatoes, Broccoli and Sweet Potatoes.
