I have completed my 2nd week and would like to update you all. I have lost 1.5kg only and feel more alert and full of energy.

The 2nd weeks Diet schedule is as follows:

8:00: 5 Almonds and glass water

9:00: tea and 1 rusk

10:30: 1 slice bread and butter

12:00: fruit and water

1:30: 2 roti, lentils, salad and yogurt

4:00: fruits

5:30: tea and 2 Marie bisc

7:00: fruit and water

8:00: 1 roti, salad, either subs or chicken or paneer

10:00: water and petha
