Most of us think that weight loss is only achieved with less food intake or in extreme case 1 meal a day. Well, I myself tired a diet that I heard a great deal of success.
So at the starting point my weight was 106Kg. The idea of the diet was to eat in regular intervals and with a variety of products. Each week the diet changed. So I have listed the first week of the diet for those willing to try a safe way to lose weight.
every day you have to follow this by the clock.
WEEK 1
8 am 1 glass of water + 2 almonds + 1 date
9 am 1 glass of 2% Milk
11 am Tea + 1/2 Tsp Sugar + 2 Mary Biscuits
1 pm Apple or Banana + water
2 pm 2 Roti, 1/2 bowl Lentil, 1/2 bowl vegetable dish, 1/2 bowl of plain yogurt, 1 bowl of salad with light dressing
4 pm 1 glass of water + 1 Tsp Roohafaza
5:30 pm Tea + 1 slice of bread and butter
7 pm 1 glass of milk + 1 Mary Biscuit
8:30 pm 2 Roti, 1 potatoes dish, Salad bowl
11:00 pm 1 glass of milk or 1/2 bowl vanilla ice cream
That’s the first week.
I lost 2.5 Kg that week only.
